About Me

Old Coulsdon, United Kingdom
An acquired refugee from the days of exile at Selhurst Park, my first game being a dreary 1-1 draw with Millwall. I followed the team back to The Valley, and have now been with them for over twenty years. You will find me in the Rose of Denmark or in the Lower West. Follow me on Twitter @DeepestDarkest1

So Solly

Gosh, Parkinson will even have bums to put on the bench at this rate - literally rather than metaphorically I hope. Welcome back on board Solly, and hopefully Basey, Randolph, and Wagstaff will also put pen to paper soon. I am not about to waste time on the debacle that was England over the weekend. Suffice to say that "Ingerlun" will never be a force to be reckoned with until the grass roots of the game are tended, and some airspace in the rarified heights of the Prem is created to allow them to develop at the top level of club football.

As for our lovely "Chullun", can Bailey please go quickly, as I suspect a number of dominos won't start to tumble until he does. Given the proximity of pre-season, time is rapidly becoming of the essence. Even if you believe that say four of those out of contract in two days time will stay, it will leave Parkinson looking for about eight new faces, and even then that will only give him a squad of twenty four players, if you leave the first year pros out as not being ready yet.
